Jade was introduced to yoga at an early age through school, but didn’t practice regularly after graduation. Pursuing a career in cosmetology, she felt herself struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Focusing on her health and wellness journey during the pandemic, she was led back to yoga shortly after. Taking her first Kundalini class at Angel Wing changed her life and she fell back in love, realizing this was where she belonged. She went on to earn her 200hr YT certification in 2022 from Be Yoga in Oakmont. She specializes in Slow Flow and Yin Yoga
