Brit began her yoga journey in her twenties as a means to “get fit”. It wasn’t until a couple of years ago, right here at Angel Wing, that she dove into the deep meditative elements that yoga provides. At this time she really began to see the true benefits of yoga for not only the body, but the mind and soul as well. Yoga has helped her through many life obstacles. Brit also works as a trauma therapist where she gets the opportunity to utilize some trauma informed yoga and meditative practices to assist in decreasing mental health symptoms in teens.
She completed her 200 hour YTT at BeYoga in Oakmont, PA.
